In QGIS 3.8.0, the Hillshade tool when I try to input the value for the z-factor which for my case should be 0.00000956 exactly, after you remove focus of the input field QGIS rounds that number to 0.00001
This goes for other tools as well not just Hillshade and it was working just fine as expected before, so I guess this some kind of a configuration issue maybe ? I uninstalled and reinstalled but it is still there.
