INSPIRE, GEOSS and OGC

(as simply as you can) what are the differences between INSPIRE, GEOSS and OGC?

I will explain what I understood:

1. The OGC provides standards for web-mapping that like WMS, WFS (are these standards or services? is there any difference?) Does OGC provide data


2. If INSPIRE provide data to EU countries and GEOSS/OGC does that but for all the world so what is the the point of INSPIRE, then? is there and differences in SDI architecture between INSPIRE and GEOSS?
